Character Name: Alice (Baskerville)
Canon: Pandora Hearts
Canon Point: Retrace 82; right before she returns to Oz & Gilbert (+ Haven memories)
Background/History: Spoilers
Personality:
The character of Alice is something that Alice herself is still learning to define. She is an amnesiac, caught between the self she has forgotten and the self she is now becoming. The crazy adventure that troublesome hero Oz has dragged her on forces Alice to reevaluate herself and what she wants from collecting her memories, as well as who she wants to be.

So when describing her character it may be best to start right there; at Alice's relationship with her amnesia. At the start of the series Alice was conflicted by how she wanted to remember herself and how she was secretly afraid of remembering. She wasn't sure who "Alice" was and wondered if recovering her memories would really help her; after all, Alice the chain was potentially going to be a huge contradiction to who she was before. Alice wasn't sure how she would handle being a contradiction to herself. This conflict was solved early in the story, as Oz reassured Alice that no matter what she discovered she was still "Alice" and still had a place with him and Gilbert. This redefined Alice's goals from wanting to recover her memories and become herself to wanting to recover her memories and understand where she had been, now knowing that it was okay for her past and future to be entirely separate.

That said, Alice the chain is not a far stretch from Alice the human. Alice is something of a spoiled brat who is naive and, well, kinda stupid. It is not entirely her fault; the chain was locked in the Abyss with no memories, and her human life was spent locked in a tower. Alice has not had many chances to experience the world around her, so interacts with new objects and concepts with childish naivety. Just like human Alice did, Alice the chain has an oral fixation that drives her to stick random things in her mouth as she investigates. We see this many times in canon, such as when Alice is about to stuff a live rat in her mouth or when she starts chewing on a stuffed bird. As a human, Alice is shown to affectionately chew on her stuffed rabbit, Oz.
But most apparent about Alice is that she is a total brat. There is no sugarcoating this fact. Alice is very full of herself and prone to bragging, even about talents she does not have. This is especially apparent in Alice the chain; before she began to regain her memories, all Alice new about herself was that she was a very powerful chain. She defined a large portion of her "self" around being the Bloody Black Rabbit. Her power and status would go to her head, causing Alice is laugh maniacally and honestly act like a lunatic. She is first introduced prancing around Oz, singing songs of delight for the fact he is about to be dropped into the Abyss.
This side of Alice's personality begins to melt away as she spends more time in her human form. As Alice begins to define a "self" outside of being the Bloody Black Rabbit she focuses less on being the B-Rabbit and more on being "Alice." This separation between the B-Rabbit and Alice is what keeps Alice from suffering a total meltdown when she learns that she isn't even the B-Rabbit to begin with. Instead she just turns her focus to being "Alice" and accepts being the B-Rabbit as part of her past, just like how she handled her original identity crisis.

Brat Alice has been a part of her since long before the B-Rabbit. Human Alice was very possessive and bossy, not at all helped by the fact her best friend was a stuffed animal. Alice still views herself as being superior to those around her and treats the people she meets as underlings. She calls Oz her manservant and has decided that everything, and everyone, Oz owns therefore belongs to her. The chain of ownership means that Gilbert also belongs to her. She can be a bratty mistress at times with a foil temper and rude attitude towards her 'belongings,' expecting Oz and Gilbert to do whatever she asks and then kicking them when they don't. But for what it is worth, she is also a very loving mistress. Alice is incredibly protective of the things that belong to her, which is what drove her to become the B-Rabbit in the first place: She did not want Oz to be used to hurt people, so she took that power away to protect her precious friend. Similarly, Alice gets upset with Oz for trying to kill someone when she felt that was too much of a burden for her precious servant. She may be a mean and bossy owner, but Alice doesn't like unnecessary burdens to be placed on what she owns.

All of these traits of hers are very obvious. Oz mentions in an early chapter that he finds Alice "dazzling." She is in direct contrast to him in the way she handles her emotions. While Oz tries to hide his feelings, Alice lets the whole world know what she is feeling. If she is happy then she is smiling brightly and prancing around like a kid in a candystore. If she's mad then she will kick Oz down a flight of stairs without pretending to feel sorry. If she's sad then she will cry until her eyes feel like they are melting. There is no middle ground for Alice's emotions; it's either 0% or 100%.

The series has forced Alice to redefine her goals over and over again. With her new canon update, Alice's primary goal has become her friends. She is motivated mostly by how she wants to be with them. Her memories are a side quest now, while staying with Oz and Gilbert is her true goal. Alice may have a personality that pushes people away, but she is rarely intending to do that. Above all else, what Alice hates the most is to be alone. She hates to be alone and she hates to feel like she doesn't matter. It's this that causes Alice to cry so hard when Oz rejects her and sends her away. To Alice, the worst thing in the world would be losing the people she loves and, worse yet, having them not want her there.

Also she really likes meat and practically lives from meal to meal. Gilbert better find her some bacon and fast.

Abilities/Powers:
For the entire series, Alice has been a naughty little power thief. In her dying moments, Alice the human grabbed hold of Oz the B-Rabbit's power and used it to keep herself "alive." She "became" the B-Rabbit and dropped into the Abyss.

As the series progressed, Alice slowly began to lose control of the B-Rabbit's power. By this point in her canon, Alice is almost entirely powerless. Oz has rejected her and sent her back to the Abyss, where she wallows with whatever shred of power she has left. In Haven she will be the same; essentially powerless. Any power she does wield must be unsealed first and can easily be taken back by Oz anyway, so instances of her even trying to use it will probably be around zero.

Won't stop her from talking like she's a big shot, though.

Items/Weapons:
Girl's got nothing but her clothes

Sample Entry: I previously played her in Haven. Here is her tag and here is a random thread.
Sample Entry Two:
For Alice, nothing was worse than this severe lack of food. She had been reassured again and again that she could just find food in the run-down stores, but none of it really pinged her interest. Most of the food she had found was in cans and was "mushy and gross". Alice had standards, or at least that was what she told herself.

Haven North apparently met those standards. Alice had heard that the Northern part of Haven had real food. And other things. But mostly real food. She had also heard some little things about monsters in the subway, but pish-posh, no problem. Such a no problem that the great Alice-sama wasn't even thinking to prepare herself for such a thing. She just swung her arms confidently by her sides and took giant steps filled with pride, marching to the subway without a second thought.

None of this could end well.
